Yes, we are committed to high standards of safety and sustainability. All our products are formulated without parabens, phthalates, sulfates, and over 2,000 other potentially harmful ingredients.
Is Saie cruelty-free and vegan?
We are proudly Leaping Bunny certified and 100% cruelty-free. While most of our products are vegan, a few contain ethically sourced beeswax; please check individual product pages for specific ingredient lists.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status in real-time.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your glow. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns on all domestic orders within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is gently used.
Do you ship internationally?
